And no one else.<\/h2>\n<h2>Claire&nbsp;<span style=\"color: var(0027b);\">Jam<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><em>A graduate of the Paris Bar School and holder of the title of Industrial Property Attorney, with a specialization in trademarks, designs and models, Claire has 15 years of experience in trademark law.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>All along, she assisted companies of all sizes with their trademark registrations, in varied and exciting sectors.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Since starting Yamark Law Firm in 2016, she has been helping entrepreneurs bring the brand they care about to life, while minimizing the risks so they can leverage that name without any nasty surprises.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>What motivates her : \"the joy of an entrepreneur who finally found THE brand he\/she wants to use, and when I say that it is available\".<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Juliette&nbsp;<span style=\"color: var(0027b);\">Tallobre<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><em>Juliette graduated from the Centre d'Etudes Internationales de la Propri\u00e9t\u00e9 Intellectuelle (CEIPI) in Strasbourg. She has several years of experience as a lawyer in an Industrial Property Office (IPO), in companies or in major European institutions such as the European Patent Office.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>These very rich experiences have enabled her to acquire in-depth knowledge in all areas of intellectual property: trademark law, patents, copyright, etc., both at national and European level.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Juliette passed the INPI qualification exam in 2020 and officially became a CPI in 2022.<\/em><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe.
